Rendez-vous sur **app.seedlegals.com/account** afin de les modifier. Après l'avoir lu attentivement, cliquez sur ***Signer*** en haut à droite ; ![](https://help.seedlegals.com/hubfs/Screenshot%202023-06-01%20153754-png.png)     - Créez votre signature/paraphe à la souris, avec le doigt ou avec un stylet sur l’écran tactile puis validez la signature en cliquant sur ***Signer****.*   ![](https://help.seedlegals.com/hubfs/image-png-Jun-01-2023-02-44-15-9308-PM.png) #### **Je n'ai pas reçu de mail** Lorsqu’une personne vous envoie un document à signer électroniquement, vous recevrez un e‑mail de SeedLegals au nom de l’expéditeur. Si vous ne trouvez pas cet e-mail, essayer votre Dossier Spam. Si cela ne marche pas, aucun souci ! Sollicitez la personne qui partage le document avec vous et demandez-lui de vérifier votre adresse e-mail puis de repartager le document. Une fois repartagé, si l'e-mail ne vous parvient toujours pas, rendez-vous sur [app.seedlegals.com/signup](http://app.seedlegals.com/signup), créez un compte avec la même adresse e-mail et le document devrait être disponible dans votre espace. Si le document ne s'y trouve toujours pas, vous pouvez solliciter notre équipe depuis le chat en ligne, en bas à droite de votre espace. #### **Comment garder une copie du document ?** Rendez-vous sur le document, cliquez puis sur **l'icône de téléchargement** en haut à droite pour le télécharger en PDF : ![](https://help.seedlegals.com/hubfs/image-png-Jun-11-2023-02-42-02-2652-PM.png) #### **Comment signer un document hors-ligne ?** Si vous souhaitez signer un document hors ligne, pas de souci ! Nous vous invitons à le télécharger en PDF en suivant le guide ci-dessus. - Cliquez en premier sur l'icône de signature, en suite cliquez sur les 3 points à côté de votre nom, puis finalement cliquez sur ''**Marquer comme signé hors ligne**'' ![](https://help.seedlegals.com/hubfs/image-png-Jun-11-2023-02-52-01-9103-PM.png)   Une fois le document signé hors ligne, n'oubliez pas de le renvoyer à la société puis de rappeler à la personne qui a partagé le document avec vous de le marquer comme ***''signé hors ligne''****.*   #### **Et si vous ne souhaitez pas signer le document sous sa forme actuelle ?** Vous n'avez pas à signer le document sous sa forme actuelle si vous avez des questions ou des modifications à effectuer. Dans ce cas-là, vous pouvez solliciter la société en question. Une fois les changements effectués, le document sera automatiquement mis à jour - il vous suffit de rafraîchir votre écran. Une fois qu'un document a été partagé avec vous il sera conservé dans l'espace *My Documents,* et vous pourrez le consulter à tout moment. ### Des questions ? Here's how to sign it: 1. **Create an account and/or log in to the platform** 2. **Update your contact details** 3. **Document Review and Signature** 4. **I did not get the mail** 5. **How do I keep a copy of the document?** 6. **How to sign a document offline?** 7. **What if you don't want to sign the document in its current form?**   ### **STEP 1: Create an account and/or log in to the platform**   - When someone sends you a document to be e-signed, you will first receive an email from SeedLegals on behalf of the sender. - Open the received email and check the message from the sender. If you already have an account, great! You can click Sign in. Otherwise, click on ***Join for free*** and create your account. Go to **app.seedlegals.com/account** to edit them. If you cannot find this email, try your Spam Folder. If that doesn't work, no worries! Ask the person sharing the document with you and ask them to verify your email address and then re-share the document. Once shared, if the email still does not reach you, go to app.seedlegals.com/signup, create an account with the same email address and the document should be available in your space.
