I already have a SeedLegals profile 2. I don't have a SeedLegals profile yet ### **1.  I already have a SeedLegals profile**   By clicking on **‘View document’,** you will simply have to log into your account and then be automatically redirected to the shared document. > **Your email address, Gmail or LinkedIn account no longer exists?** > > I therefore invite you to contact us via our chat in the lower right corner of your screen so that we can update your account 😀👍 > > 🆘 In case of difficulties to log in, [this article is here to help you](https://help.seedlegals.com/en/3709473-when-i-log-in-i-am-being-taken-to-the-set-up-page-and-not-my-company?hsLang=en). Once connected, the shared document can also be found in the **"My Documents"** tab at the top right of your screen. You will be able to read it, give your feedback to your co-shareholders if necessary, then sign it.   ✒️ Before signing, check that the information about you is correct, you will find it on your Profile: - First name, - Last name and - Address If you are signing in the name and on behalf of your company or holding company, go to the settings, company details and check the accuracy of the following information: - Company Name - Its form (LTD, LLP, LP, PLC, LBG...) - Share capital - Registered Address - Jurisdiction of the company (England & Wales or other country) 📝 This information is the legal notice to identify you so it is important! ### **2.  I don't have a SeedLegals profile yet** By clicking on **‘View document’,** you will then be asked to create your account. ![Screenshot 2024-08-30 at 11.40.52 AM](https://help.seedlegals.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot%202024-08-30%20at%2011.40.52%20AM.png?width=451&height=278&name=Screenshot%202024-08-30%20at%2011.40.52%20AM.png) 🔐Why create an account? This secures your electronic signature and ensures that only you have access to your personal information.   To create your account, you can: - create your account with the email address through which you received the invitation, - use your Google or LinkedIn account if the email address is the same as the one on which you received your invitation Then click on 'Sign up' and it will send you a verification email to verify your email address ![2](https://help.seedlegals.com/hs-fs/hubfs/2.png?width=502&height=714&name=2.png)   Go to your email and click on **‘Confirm my account’**, this will take you to a form to fill out.
