I received an invitation to review a document on SeedLegals, what should I do next?

Are you a shareholder in a company using SeedLegals and you've received a message inviting you to review a document? Here's how:

From the email, click on 'View document' to be redirected to the platform.

 



You then have two options:

  1. I already have a SeedLegals profile
  2. I don't have a SeedLegals profile yet

 

1.  I already have a SeedLegals profile

 

By clicking on ‘View document’, you will simply have to log into your account and then be automatically redirected to the shared document.

Your email address, Gmail or LinkedIn account no longer exists?

I therefore invite you to contact us via our chat in the lower right corner of your screen so that we can update your account 😀👍

Once connected, the shared document can also be found in the "My Documents" tab at the top right of your screen.

You will be able to read it, give your feedback to your co-shareholders if necessary, then sign it.

 

✒️ Before signing, check that the information about you is correct, you will find it on your Profile:

  • First name,
  • Last name and
  • Address

If you are signing in the name and on behalf of your company or holding company, go to the settings, company details and check the accuracy of the following information:

  • Company Name
  • Its form (LTD, LLP, LP, PLC, LBG...)
  • Share capital
  • Registered Address
  • Jurisdiction of the company (England & Wales or other country)

2.  I don't have a SeedLegals profile yet


By clicking on ‘View document’, you will then be asked to create your account.

🔐Why create an account? This secures your electronic signature and ensures that only you have access to your personal information.

 

To create your account, you can:

  • create your account with the email address through which you received the invitation,
  • use your Google or LinkedIn account if the email address is the same as the one on which you received your invitation

Then click on 'Sign up' and it will send you a verification email to verify your email address

 

Go to your email and click on ‘Confirm my account’, this will take you to a form to fill out. Once the form is completed, click on ‘Continue’ and it will take you to your document.

 

Once connected, the shared document can also be found in the "My Documents" tab at the top right of your screen.

 

You will be able to read it, give your feedback to your co-shareholders if necessary, then sign it.
