How do I change another user's contact details?

If the user is verified (i.e. they've logged in to SeedLegals before), neither you nor we can change their details on their behalf for security reasons.

They simply need to log in to the SeedLegals platform, click on their name in the bottom-left corner, and then select Profile, where they can update their details. Any changes will be reflected in pending documents, provided they haven't signed yet.
