The share certificate for all the Lead & Follows’ shares will be in the name of SeedLegals MPL Nominees, as SeedLegals MPL Nominees will be the legal owner of the shares. If within the Syndicate there is a mixture of SEIS & EIS shares, then 2 share certificates will be issued to SeedLegals MPL Nominees, one for the SEIS shares and one for the EIS shares, so the 1-day distance between issuing SEIS and EIS shares is respected. After the round is closed, Compliance will be completed for the underlying Syndicate investors as beneficial owners, respecting the usual process of completing Compliance manually for the underlying investors as we do for nominee entities which invest on our platform. -
