If you’ve closed one or more Instant Investments with a SEIS or EIS investor (and you have reached the 70% spent or trading for 4 months threshold) you’ll need to send a Compliance Statement to HMRC in order for the investor to be able to claim their tax relief.

The good news is that you can do them all at the same time on the Seedlegals platform, and here’s how:

Go to Funding > Compliance > Start for Free

And then make sure to tick the box for all the share issue dates that you want to submit a compliance statement for. This article explains how to do your SEIS or EIS Compliance on SeedLegals.
