Can I close the round for some investors and leave it open for others?
Bringing an investor on board at a later point
A funding round can only be closed once all the monies from the investors have hit the bank account and the requisite documents have been signed and shared.
If an investor is part of the round and will only be able to invest at a later point, it might be worth removing them from the round itself and onboarding them later using our super simple Instant Investment product. This way, your round can close with the investors who have sent funds receiving their shares & your late investor doesn't hold up progress but still comes in on the same terms.
