How do I change my email address?

Want to change your SeedLegals email login? Here's how.

  1. Log into SeedLegals using your current email.

  2. Click on your name at the bottom left-hand corner of the screen, then click Profile.

  3. Click on the pen on the right side in the Email slot to change it.
  4. Click to change your email.

  5. Log out of SeedLegals.

  6. Now click Sign Up (As if you were a new user) on our website and set up a new password.

  7. You'll now be swapped over to your new email and you'll gain access to your company as usual.

If you tried to change your email and then you cannot log back in with your new email, that's because the last step of the process is not done - the last step is to create new account under your new email, just like you're a new customer, and then all the details will be transferred to your new email. It sounds like you're creating an entirely new account indeed, but this will only change your email.
