VIDEO: HMRC has approved my valuation, now what?

Your valuation is generally valid for 90 days. During this time, you should:

a) set up and adopt your scheme rules

b) register your scheme with HMRC

c) grant the options before the valuation expires

d) notify HMRC by 6 July following the end of the tax year the grant was made
