His name is Lawrence. Ask Lawrence a question about your company and he'll answer it. Need an NDA or a SeedFAST? Simply log in and you’ll arrive on your Dashboard, where Lawrence is ready to help with your first question. ### What Lawrence can help with? - ###### How SeedLegals works: ###### Lawrence knows our help articles inside out, and he's read the HMRC and FCA guidance too. Try asking "What's the difference between a SeedFAST and a SeedNOTE?" or "How does EIS advance assurance work?" - ###### Your Company & Cap Table ###### Lawrence can see your company details and your live cap table. Try asking "Who are our biggest shareholders?" or "How many options are left in our pool?". - ###### Your Documents ###### Not sure what a document you've made on SeedLegals actually says? Ask Lawrence to explain it. He can also tell you who still needs to sign. Perhaps you know what you need to do but not which document does it; describe the situation and Lawrence will recommend one. Lawrence also  knows which page of SeedLegals you're looking at. So if you're on a document and ask "What does this cover?", he knows what you mean. - ###### Drafting and editing documents You can ask Lawrence to draft and edit any of these ten UK documents, right in the chat: 1. Ask him and he'll edit it. ### Getting the most out of Lawrence ###### Give him a little detail. Try “Draft an NDA with SeedLegals Ltd for a product demo” rather than “I need an NDA”.
