For £499 + VAT per year,  you can manage 6 active deals and up to £100k portfolio value, create and share investment proposals, and negotiate terms and sign e-docs all in one place. The investor membership allows you to:

• Create or join syndicates (no extra fees)
• Share deals with your network and collaborate with co-investors
• Show your status with verified investor badges
• Store SEIS/EIS certificates and all deal documents
• Model exits, forecast returns and monitor cap tables
• Chat with founders directly on-platform
• Expert support team on hand
• 1 year membership to UKBAA (normally £195)

Please follow these simple steps to subscribe to the investor platform.

Step 1: Navigate to Settings at the bottom left corner of the navigation panel.

To subscribe to the investor platform, first go to Settings at the bottom left corner of the page. Then click membership > become a member.

Step 2: Enter your payment information

You’re now subscribed to SeedLegals’ investor platform, and are ready to start creating deals!
