How to view a Company’s Pitch Page and Register Your Interest

Are you an investor looking to invest in a company on SeedLegals? Do you want to view a company’s pitch page, register your interest and chat with the founders?

The “Founder Pitch” feature allows you to connect with companies on SeedLegals, view their pitch and register your interest.


Step 1: Go to the “Deal Flow” section on the left-hand side of the navigation panel, click “+ Add new”, and click “Start from Blank”

 

Step 2: Enter the company name and click continue

 

Step 3: Click on the “Founder Pitch” page, and then click “Connect a company”

Next, select the name of the company that’s already registered on Seedlegals, and click continue

 

Step 4: Request Access to the company’s pitch by clicking on “Request Access” and sending the founder a message using the chat feature.

💡You don’t have to request access if the company’s pitch page is made public. You can head back to Deal info > founder pitch, and you will be able to view the company’s full pitch page.

 

Step 5: Register your interest in the company by heading to “Deal Flow” > Inbox. Navigate to the “Recently viewed pitches” section, and click the specific company’s pitch page you have already viewed.

Next, click “Register your interest and save”. Write a message, and click submit.

 

You have now registered your interest in the company. Once viewed, the founder will be in touch with you. You can view and send messages using the “Chat” feature.
