[Investors & Deal Manager](https://help.seedlegals.com/en/investors-deal-manager?hsLang=en) # How to create a syndicate and send deals to other investors ## Are you looking to invest as a syndicate and onboard other investors in your network? You can now share deals with other investors in your network using the “Share” feature in the Deal Flow section. **Step 1**: Go to the “Deal Flow” section and click the specific deal you want to share. ![](https://help.seedlegals.com/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-Jan-12-2026-02-09-44-2732-PM.png?width=670&height=260&name=undefined-Jan-12-2026-02-09-44-2732-PM.png)   **Step 2**: Go to the “Deal Info” section and start filling the deal metrics by clicking the “pencil” icon. ![](https://help.seedlegals.com/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-Jan-12-2026-02-09-58-5586-PM.png?width=670&height=263&name=undefined-Jan-12-2026-02-09-58-5586-PM.png)   Start entering the Deal Metrics, and click “save” when you’re done.  ![](https://help.seedlegals.com/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-Jan-12-2026-02-10-16-3841-PM.png?width=399&height=481&name=undefined-Jan-12-2026-02-10-16-3841-PM.png) 💡You can find the deal metrics in the “Terms” section.   Next, upload the company’s pitch deck. You will see a list of investors who have registered their interest in your deal. Go to the “Deal Flow” section, and click on “Inbox” ![](https://help.seedlegals.com/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-Jan-12-2026-02-13-44-0746-PM.png?width=670&height=265&name=undefined-Jan-12-2026-02-13-44-0746-PM.png)   Here you will find all the deals that have been shared with you.
