How much does it cost to create or join a syndicate?

There’s no SeedLegals charge creating or joining a syndicate. If your syndicate investment goes ahead, the company will pay a fee of £1990 + 1% of the syndicate investment, capped at £10,000 (plus VAT), when the round is closed.
