At SeedLegals our goal is to create a new world of borderless legals, providing companies everywhere the means to hire people, raise investment, issue share options to their team and more, all faster and less expensively than possible before. SeedLegals launched in the UK so all our platform features support the laws of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We're hard at work adding other countries, here’s the list so far, we’ll keep this page updated as we add support for additional countries. Note that if you’re doing a funding round your investors can be anywhere in the world, or if you’re issuing an NDA the other party can be anywhere in the world. It's only the jurisdiction of the company that’s issuing the contracts that counts, as the contracts will be **referencing the laws of that country and may use some country-specific terms**. The contracts themselves, unless your company is from the Republic of Ireland or France, will be governed by the tried-and-tested English laws. ### UK (England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland) - **Funding**: Bootstrap and Seed Rounds, SeedFAST, Instant Investment, SEIS/EIS -
