The old days of emailing Word documents with redlined track changes are over, SeedLegals dynamically builds documents based on the deal terms you set. When amending the terms of an agreement, or looking for differences between two documents, SeedLegals has a feature that allows you to compare them side by side. Characters you can use in the file names are \_ - SPACE / . and any upper case and lower case letters as well as any numbers. Once you've done this, attempt to upload the file again. This should resolve the issue.  Once this is done, you are transferred to another tab, where the two documents will be placed side by side and any changes in the documents will be highlighted. ### **What happens when you don’t have the previous version of the document you need to compare?** If you don’t have the previous version of the document you want to compare, please reach out to us on Live Chat or via email, and we will be more than happy to find the previous versions for you and help you compare them. -
