If you get an error message like the above when trying to log in, this usually means you're using Chrome and you've disabled 3rd party cookies.

Here's how to fix that and allow you to log into SeedLegals:

  • In Google Chrome, open Settings
  • Scroll down to the bottom of the page, click on Advanced Settings
  • Scroll down to Privacy & Security
  • Click Content Settings
  • Click Cookies
  • Turn Block 3rd Party Cookies off

By the way, the reason for this problem is because we use Auth0 as our secure sign-in service so that we don't have any passwords stored on SeedLegals, and it requires 3rd-party cookies to be enabled.
