What do I need to send to you as part of the Advance Assurance review?

You should send your documents to us for review as though you were about to send them to HMRC! This means you should attach all the relevant documents needed for your application, including:

  1. Signed Advance Assurance form

  2. Signed Cover Letter and Checklist 

  3. Your investor pitch deck, typically 10-20 slides

  4. Company financials with 3-year profit and loss projections (if not in your pitch deck)

  5. Share Register (go to Shares ⇾ 3 dots on top right corner ⇾ Export Share Register, if you've created your cap table on SeedLegals)

  6. Your company accounts. Or, if you don't have any yet, a recent bank statement.
